Cargo Kitchen’s journey began in July 2016, mashing together our fascination with shipping containers and full stomachs. The versatility of the containers seemed only matched by the versatility of cuisines they can create.

Decades of experience working at international arts festivals has given us insight into what punters truly crave at events and has guided our first creations, Cargo Burger and Cargo Spud.

Now we pursue our mission of delivering truly healthy, hearty & affordable dishes that lift your festival experience.
